Shipping and payment terms

Germany:

Flat rate €3.95
Free shipping from 39€

EU:
Flat rate €9.95

Switzerland:
Flat rate €14.95

Rest of the world:
€19.50

All prices include 19% sales tax.

Note: Shipping to packing stations (e.g. poste restante, ...) is unfortunately not possible.

Payment options:

Payment in advance: You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation via email. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment on our account.

Direct debit: The goods will be shipped immediately and we will collect the amount from your bank account a few days later.

Paypal: You pay with Paypal during the ordering process and the goods will be shipped by us immediately after payment has been made.

Furthermore, if you choose Paypal Plus, you have the option of paying by credit card or on account. In these cases, too, the goods will be shipped immediately.

Delivery times:

As a rule, we ship available items immediately after receipt of payment (advance payment, Paypal) or on the day of the order (in the case of direct debit) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

We ship with DHL and DPD. DHL delivers Mon-Sat. from, DPD Mon-Fri (in some regions also on Saturdays).

As a rule, your goods will be with you on the next working day or the day after that. (For shipping within Germany. The delivery times abroad are correspondingly longer)

Please note that the delivery time will be extended accordingly due to bank processing times and weekends or public holidays.
