Shipping and payment terms

Shipping costs:

Germany:

Flat rate €3.95
Free shipping in Germany on orders over €39

EU:
Flat rate €9.95

Switzerland:
Flat rate €14.95

Rest of the world:
€19.50

USA:
Flat rate depends on the value of goods due to stricter US customs laws ("Executive Order / Indefinite Suspension of the De Minimis Exemption")

Value of goods €0.00 - €50.00       = €35.00 shipping costs
Value of goods €50.01 - €100.00   = €40.00 shipping costs
Value of goods €100.01 - €250.00 = €50.00 shipping costs
Value of goods over €250.00         = €60.00 shipping costs

All prices include 19% VAT.

Note: Shipping to Packstation locations (e.g., poste restante, etc.) is unfortunately not possible.

Payment options:

Prepayment: You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation via email. The goods will be shipped after payment has been received in our account.

Direct debit: The goods will be shipped immediately and we will debit the amount from your bank account a few days later.

Paypal: You pay with Paypal during the ordering process and the goods will be shipped immediately by us after successful payment.

Furthermore, if you select Paypal Plus, you have the option to pay by credit card or on account. In these cases, shipping also takes place immediately.

Delivery times:

As a rule, we ship available items immediately after receipt of payment (prepayment, Paypal) or on the day of the order (for direct debit) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

We ship with DHL and DPD. DHL delivers Mon-Sat, DPD Mon-Fri (and Saturdays in some regions).

As a rule, your goods will therefore reach you on the next or the following working day. (For shipments within Germany. Transit times for international packages are correspondingly longer)

Please note that delivery times will be extended accordingly by bank processing times and weekends or public holidays.
